Mud Cottages.
Our Mud Cottages are natural buildings ideal for a family or a group of 4 or 5 individuals. A mud cottage consists of one bedroom, a convertible living room and attached bathrooms. Two sofa beds can be used as it is or converted into a large bed in the convertible living room. A porch with a garden view and a balcony with an orchard mixed forest view are the highlights of the cottages.
We are in true sense Handcrafted Mud Cottages. Our walls are made of Earthbags. Our entire structures are built by hand with hardly any automated intervention.
The materials used are very much local with a special mindfulness to our consumption!!!
We have a total of 2 mud cottages, each with two rooms. So we can host a maximum of 10 guests at a time. We believe in respecting the capacities of our resources, such as water, land area, in-house help, our colleagues and our fellow beings in nature!
We have renovated our space for sure, but the material features are only add-ons to the inner journey you shall experience during your stay at Sparrow Woods.
